Regular Changes:
- Added Special Moves for every current character
- Hud Improvements
- Added a Ball Timer Display (time until ball starts moving again)
Bug/Issue Fixes:
- Fixed Baiyken's Palette for his taunt on Palette 3 (burnt)
- Fixed a bug where the ball speed would be shown perfectly correct (would be shown as 0 when frozen during hitstun)
